I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Colombo and was fully satisfied with my experience. The biggest highlight was definitely the staff—the receptionists were super friendly, incredibly kind, and highly hospitable. They truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived! The location is great and very convenient, situated just a short walk away from the main train station, making transit incredibly easy. In the morning, I really enjoyed the fresh, sweet Italian breakfast buffet. The coffee was absolutely perfect—tasty, strong, and exactly what I needed to start my day. My room was well-equipped with a functional wardrobe, TV, and comfortable chairs. Both the A/C and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout my stay, which made for a very comfortable and connected visit. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and convenience in Naples!

Close to the Garibaldi station, Alibus bus stop (airport transfers), close to the centre. Some of the staff were nice. Upon check in, we got a map and were given tips on what to visit.
The area is not safe at all (caught three pickpockets in the area within four days), restaurants which are nearby are not great, extremely dirty location. For breakfasts your choices are: croissant, a small bread, yoghurt, two kinds of cereal, two kinds of juice and two different kinds of pastry. Taken the price into account, awfully bad breakfasts (in Rome we stayed in a hotel cheaper than this, in better area and the breakfasts were phenomenal).

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located on a side street off Corso Umberto I, near the Garibaldi Square It's a 7-10 minute walk to the main train station and airport bus stop. The Line 1 metro station is also nearby. There are restaurants, cafes, and street markets in the area. The neighborhood might seem a bit seedy at night, but it's safe to walk. The hotel offers a breakfast with a relatively large selection of food and drinks, unlike typical Italian breakfasts. The room was clean, and my bed was comfortable. The hotel is accessible from two different streets. It's reasonably priced and a good choice if you want to be close to the main transport hubs and the center of Naples..
The only downside is that the hotel is spread across several old buildings. There is an elevator, but still a lot of stairs. My room was a single room, which was a bit cramped because the bathroom wall made the room very narrow towards the small window.
