The location was excellent.
Bad neighbors, sadly we got a family with a kid that made our stay a nightmare but that’s just us being unlucky since I told the receptionist and he called right away to the room.

Greeted warmly and helped w/ heavy bag, offered breakfast , safely stored bags at no cost, helpful and friendly staff, clean room, no charge for late check-in
