The location was perfect for exploring Umbria. The place was easy to get to by car, the parking spot was spacious. The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine, which is really handy. Beautiful garden just outside your door and the occasional friendly cat visit. Antonella answered questions promptly via WhatsApp as well.
The wifi connection unfortunately was not reliable. We used mobile data. As we were gone for 12 hrs a day, this was not a major problem for us :)

La Dependance è davvero il posto ideale per visitare Orvieto e dintorni. È un posto silenzioso, rilassante, comodo per tutto. Hanno installato da poco un condizionatore nuovo con lo split sia in cucina che in camera da letto. A pochi metri trovi tutto: Farmacia, pizzeria, Dolceria, Tabaccaio, un Forno che apre dalle 5.30 alle 13.00 e dalle 7.00 puoi anche farci colazione con caffè, cappuccio, brioches, torte, oppure mangiarti un trancio di pizza/focaccia. C’è la Macelleria Doriana che vi consiglio, sia per la carne che per la squisita simpatia delle signore che la gestiscono. C’è anche LIDL e Famila. A 1,8 km potete raggiungere, in macchina (perché la strada è tutta in salita e non fattibile a piedi), il parcheggio con ascensore per salire al centro storico di Orvieto. Siete a mezz’ora da Civita di Bagnoregio, dal Lago di Bolsena e ad 1 ora dalle Cascate delle Marmore. Che dire… la Signora Antonella è una Signora molto disponibile. Per concludere un parcheggio coperto dentro al cortile e chiuso da un cancelletto. Per me è stato Top questo soggiorno e ve lo consiglio davvero.
Nulla, ho apprezzato tutto. Se devo proprio trovare qualcosa, posso consigliare qualche padella nuova ma c’è comunque tutto l’occorrente.
