The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. They made checking- in process smooth and the overall stay more enjoyable. I liked the fact that there was a restaurant right on property, very convenient. Overall, I would love to stay again during my next visit and have already recommended to others. Keep up the great work!

I think the pictures online specially google should be updated to better reflect the true beauty and quality of this property. It's an injustice.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good A/C.

Hot water didn't work 2 out of 3 times I went to shower. Someone came and fixed it once. The staff were not very responsible - I went to the office twice at around 9am (one time was actually pre-arranged), and no one was in the office or answering the phone. WiFi was a little flaky too, but worked most of the time. Also not much to do in Alice Town itself FYI, though this is a reflection of the town and not the property.
