Great location, friendly staff with good communication in the lead up to our stay. Apartment was spacious and clean. Good value for money. Good facilities including pool and gym.
Basics such as cold bottled water upon arrival in fridge woud have been nice - would've been happy to pay. Was a wee bit of noice but that was due to nearby construction so not the fault of the hotel. Double glazing was good so minimal disturbance.

Th location was excellent the best thing about it
We had a broken blind, cupboards that wouldn’t close, a really noisy hallway which kept us awake it sounded like flowing water inside the first bedroom. Marks on the pillows and floor and the lift broke whilst we were in it meaning we had to break open the door and then I had to walk up 5 flights with two children and all our bags. We went to reception to tell the staff but again waited around 15 mins and gave up.
The staff smile but look like they really can’t be bothered to help you and are in no rush at all to serve people quickly. They were not concerned at all that we had travelled 2 days to get there and I had two young children so after arriving at 8.30am we were sent off into the city to wait until 2pm for checkin. I think if you can’t accommodate an early check in don’t promise it before.
When we came back at 12 they let use the gym and pool which was ok but then we waited 30 mins in a queue at check in at 2pm. It was all just a massive let down.
The apartment though had an amazing view.
