Location was ideal for proximity to conference centre. Access was easy. Cafe downstairs had great coffee and bagels.
Shared living space and second bedroom had limited natural light.

Very spacious, bright apartment with everything you could possibly need whilst staying, incl. free parking. The balcony was especially nice, as well as the rooftop pool and BBQ area. AC was strong and cooled the apartment down quickly. Short walk to the river from the apartment.
Milk, water, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, washing up liquid and toiletries were all provided. The building felt very secure as everything required a key or fob to be accessed (garage, lift, building entrance, etc.).
As we checked in after reception closed, we arranged the payment and process in advance - reception requested us to send ID via email which we declined for data protection reasons. They worked with us and agreed to see us the morning after check in to show ID in person instead.
In one of the bedrooms, electrical outlets were covered up by the bed's headboard. In order to reach them, the bedside tables had to be moved.
For check out, it is expected to place all used dishes and cutlery in the dishwasher and take out the rubbish. This is fine, however we haven't come across this request at any other serviced apartments we stayed at in Australia.

The overall apartment was clean and great. The rooftop pool was great and great BBQ facilities.

We liked the location
The glass sliding doors and mirror in lounge were not cleaned there were fingerprints all both. There was dust all over the coffee table and TV stand and the separate shower would flood because all the water would run out of the bottom of the shower onto the sink and toilet area.
