The location is fantastic. Easy walk to grocery stores, South Bank, and train stations. There's a cafe on the first floor for a quick breakfast or coffee, and the building is quite secure.
The apartments could have been better furnished in the kitchen. For example, there's a great oven, but no hot pads to take things out of the oven. Not the end of the world, but a better stocked kitchen would make this place 10/10.

The apartment was very central in South Brisbane with short walks to Fish Lane & Southbank, and across the river to the CBD.

Great location for everything we wanted to do and walking distance. Had all the amenities re required for a week away.
We did go in June, but did expect there’d be some sunshine, but the balcony was in the shade the entire time.

We liked the location
The glass sliding doors and mirror in lounge were not cleaned there were fingerprints all both. There was dust all over the coffee table and TV stand and the separate shower would flood because all the water would run out of the bottom of the shower onto the sink and toilet area.
