The location was just perfect to attend a conference at the Brisbane Exhibition Centre (3min walk away). The staff were really lovely and welcoming. The rooms were all very spacious and well equipped.

Location is the best!
Parking for check in. There is a visitor parking but you can’t access that if garage door is closed and if there is no parking on street you have to park up to a block away to go and check in.

Great location. Close to West End restaurants. 10 mins walk to South Bank. Quiet inside. Comfortable bed. Good kitchen equipment and introductory snack box. Great lift. Pleasant, helpful staff.
Air conditioning was good in lounge/kitchen area, but needed to reach to bedroom better.

Bed was comfortable. Location was great
Pillows were horrible. Bathroom was full of mold in grout which is easily removable if cleaned properly. Very dated and needs maintenance.
