Location was great. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Parking was a bonus.
My only complaint was the bathroom. It had a large (slippery) spa tub you had to step into. There were no grab rails. I'm 75 and I'm short. So for me it was quite a tense moment stepping soakiing wet out of a slippery tub onto a (possibly) slippery floor with nothing to grab onto if I did slip. Also the water pressure and shower nozzle were woeful...you've almost got to run around in it to get wet!

Great location close to convention centre lots of food options and supermarkets close. After hours key collection really easy.
Bathrooms could do with a deep clean.

It's all about the location, so close to all the restaurants and bars in West End. Bed was comfy
No TV in bedroom or balcony furniture but the receptionist did get us a couple of chairs for out there. Make sure you close the bedroom door if cooking, we set off the smoke alarm while cooking breakfast and that almost cost us $1500, if the fire brigade showed up to a false alarm. Thankfully the staff came up to make sure all was ok before calling the fire brigade.
