O espaço físico é de fato excelente.
A minha recepção foi desastrosa. Me senti desrespeitada. Bem rude a Sra que recebeu, brava por ter me aguardado para o checkin. Eu estava super cansada e a mulher de nome Amanda me enviava mensagem dizendo que eu iria receber o valor pelo booking, para eu desocupar o quarto, me expulsando praticamente. Espero que nunca a tratem mal assim como ela me tratou… paguei quase R$ 1500,00 por uma semana, tem muitas outras opções. Se não estivessem aceitado a reserva, da qual informei que chegaria entre as 19 e 20h eu poderia ir para outro local sem problema algum.

Wir hatten eine Reservation mit Bestätigung, auch für den Check in. Haben vor dem Haus gewartet und niemand ist Aufgetaucht, kein Anruf beantwortet gar nichts. Da wir nicht warten wollten bis es ganz dunkel wird. Haben wir irgendwann entschieden eine andere Unterkunft zu buchen.
Immerhin wurde uns die kostenfreie Stornierung gewährt.
