A acomodação é excelente, acomoda bem 3 pessoas, e muito bem localizada, dá pra ir ao shopping a pé.
Tenho problemas com cheiro. estava muito limpo e tinha até aqueles itens da secar anti mofo espalhado pela casa, o que achei ótimo. mas no segundo dia notei cheiro de mofo.

O flat é bem localizado e possui vários utensílios de cozinha.
A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Minha bebê ainda engatinha, e os joelhos e as mãos ficaram muito sujas do chão. As instalações também precisam de manutenção. Tinha cheiro muito forte de naftalina.
