We received a free upgrade to a King room because all the Queen rooms were fully booked, with no extra charges involved. The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and accommodating. they even allowed us to check in smoothly when I realized I forgot to withdraw cash for the deposit. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

The area is nearby to the airport and there are many shops around
The cleanliness wasn’t up to our expectations. It’s still dusty and not well maintained. Windows are not well sealed and still able to hear noises from out. Hope they could fix it
