Struttura carina e di facile accesso con la chiave, richiede salire una piccola rampa di scale per accedere alle stanze e alla sala colazione, con grande varietà di cornetti, marmellate, ciambelloni; per altre richieste il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. La stanza era molto accogliente, con zanzariera fissa e vista sulla piazzetta di fronte. Il letto era uno dei più comodi che abbiamo trovato in viaggio. Il personale è stato veramente accogliente e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta per rendere davvero piacevole il nostro soggiorno a San Martino. Anche gli elettrodomestici erano ottimi, abbiamo avuto tutto il necessario per cucinare; in alternativa consigliamo fortemente la pizzeria subito adiacente, con una bella location e pizze davvero deliziose.
Non è colpa del personale, la sera a volte le persone si radunano fuori dalla pizzeria a chiacchierare rendendo l'ambiente un po' rumoroso. A qualcuno potrebbe dare fastidio, ma per noi non è stato un problema. È bastato chiudere le finestre.

Very sweet family run business, the owner and her mother were friendly and tried to make you feel at home. The family were all present and they obviously care about the business. The location is great, on an old square with the church next door, plenty of parking and amazing views down the hill.
Unfortunately the pictures and description on the listing were misleading. The pictures appeared to describe a room with a balcony, which some rooms did have but my room only had one tiny window and no real space to sit outside other than the square. This should have been much clearer in the listing.
