+ Amazing resort, wonderful pools and delicious restaurants. + Spacious and clean rooms. + Friendly and welcoming staff.

- The loud music from the plaza was so noisy and kept us awake all night! Didn’t understand why they would put a family with kids in a room overlooking the plaza!! - The price a little steep for what you get. - The Japanese toilet and the cabin door didn’t work properly.

Location

Rude & pretentious staff. Welcome guy asked me if I was coming to the right hotel. Probably because I wasn’t dressed like a pretentious, rich sugar daddy. Reception guy put us in the wrong room, we had to change rooms - no apologies from reception. Just snobby behaviour. The staff have become too much like the majority of their guests: superficial, pretentious and snobby
