Loved the location, loved the huge terrace with the hot tub, LR was large and spacious, couch very comfy, staff were very kind, cleaning service was real cleaning, not the usual 3 minute job. Loved the in house washing machine and drying rack. The free water everyday was superb. Welcome basket was excellent too. Electric blinds were great. Beds were comfy with good linen. Air con worked very well. Help with suitcases was great, as well as pass for parking garage. Hotel staff were excellent and receptive to our needs. Overall, we just loved the apartment and fully recommend you stay here. There is no downside at all.
What is needed - Hooks in bathrooms, 3rd bathroom had no counter and was very small, which is ok, just need hooks and shelves, more full length mirrors, only the master bedroom had a floor length mirror, some ottomans or tables in all bedrooms to place night suits, handbags etc., suitcase racks. Also have some soap for the washing machine, like the dishwashing packet. Guest can be a little noisy at night.

We loved everything about the 4 bedroom apartment, the location was fantastic, the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The living room was a good size and they’d left fruit, champagne & chocolates for us. The terrace both at the front and back of the apartment were lovely too. I would definitely stay again, Thankyou.
