La cama era cómoda y la habitación recién remodelada. El baño es bastante chico, pero nuevo. Hay aire acondicionado y un pequeño balcón que da a la calle.
La ubicación no es fantástica, pero está lejos del caos del centro y está cerca del Valle dei Templi.
La cocina está bastante bien equipada para que te prepares tus alimentos y no gastes mucho dinero afuera.
No hay lavadora para la ropa.
Faltaban artículos de higiene personal para bañarse (solo había un líquido en la regadera que no tenía etiqueta, difícil saber para qué servía).
La ubicación solo es cómoda si llevas carro.
Es muy difícil estacionar el carro, hay que buscar lugar en la calle.

The place is very well organized, it has everything necessary. The room was tidy, and the bathroom was fully operational (only it lacked bidet, which wasn't an issue for me).
The kitchen had a refrigerator with tags for each room and stove top that is lighted with a lighter (it takes some time to learn how to do it). There was a thick roll of paper towels, which was nice.
I would not say that it was an issue in my case, but a warning is appropriate. Signore Cesare is a busy person, and he does not stay at the facility all the time to give the keys. I was lucky that the entrance door was open, and there was another guest who let me in and called the host. So, it's advisable to call him in advance before you arrive.
