Good location, good and clean room.
We only stayed one night, but we were very happy with the place.
The house is on top of a hill and the rooms are on the second floor (1st if you don't count the ground floor), so if you're carrying heavy luggage maybe take this in consideration. However the host was lovely and carried my lugagge upstairs.
A parking place was easy to find. There's a little parking area on the other side of the road (with a fee).
Breakfas is served in the room which was convenient so we didn't need to leave the room before actually being ready with everything.
The host doesn't really speak english. We managed but anything beyond breakfast time and the very very basics were not easy to communicate. He was very friendly though and we didn't have any problems.

Such a perfect spot to see the town. It was steps to transportation and walking distance to the old town. They were very kind during check in when I arrived a bit late. Room was immaculate, professionally cleaned and spacious. I left my bag after check out and it was with no problems. Absolute best value and I’d definitely stay here again.
