This was a nice property. Clean and relaxing. The kitchrn was clean and well equipped. Staff were very helpful.
It was very noisy outside my bedroom in the evening. The tv and eating area were very close to my room and there was a lot of noise in the evenings.
Pool and roof top terrace.

Outdoor space, shared kitchen, pool, location, safety, parking, staff, other guests. Beds were great, air conditioning was great.
Room a bit on the small side. Water splashed out of the shower and the roof was sloped - that was our room, not indicative of the whole property.

Lots of really nice seating areas (poolside up and downstairs, rooftop terrace, tree house area), great vibe, not too crowded, 25-30 minutes on foot from the centre of town and similar distance to mambo beach the other direction. (Also 15 minutes from the Dive Centre Pietermaai and Marie Pompoen public beach the other way, which was great).. Convenient supermarket nearby. Convenient cooking facilities in shared kitchen or private in room.
We had some pretty awful staff issues:
Housekeeping didn't actually clean before we checked in so we had to get them to come back and clean, which was a pain. A couple days later we put up the "please clean the room" sign but they didn't. Third day, they cleaned it but didn't change the filthy kitchen towels I left with the other linens and just put them back in the kitchen.
Some staff were lovely but one when I asked for help booking a taxi to get to an excursion told me that they would if I'd booked with them but since I didn't I had to figure it out myself.
Walk into town is along a busy road with no/bad sidewalks for more than half the way so not the most convenient location.
Room was also very dimly lit and quite gloomy.
