La signora Roberta è stata gentilissima, molto disponibile e accogliente. L’appartamento è bellissimo: grande, luminoso, funzionale, pulito, tenuto con cura e comodo.
Il bagno ha una doccia ampia e molto piacevole. Non c’è il bidet, ma è presente un doccino davvero funzionale — detto da chi normalmente non ama i doccini e si è dovuto ricredere.
La cucina è fornita di diversi prodotti di base e, nelle immediate vicinanze, ci sono ottimi bar e panifici.
La zona è molto comoda: si raggiungono abbastanza velocemente le principali vie turistiche, ma con il vantaggio di restare fuori dalla confusione più intensa.
Le finestre affacciano su una strada di scorrimento, ma da chiuse isolano molto bene e il rumore è praticamente nullo; anche tenendole aperte, comunque, il traffico non risulta particolarmente fastidioso.
Letto comodo.
La vera chicca? L'affaccio sul Tevere.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated, with artwork in every room. The bed was the most comfortable I have experienced on a trip in many years. The air conditioning kept the apartment cool even in the 38-degree (Celsius) heat. The location is excellent: situated on the left bank of the Tiber River, in the Testaccio neighborhood with many good restaurants and a wonderful covered market just a couple of blocks away. Many of the city's sightseeing highlights are walking distance from here: 20 minutes' walk to the Circus Maximus, 30 minutes' walk to the Roman Forum, etc.

Кроме того, что квартира расположена в очень удачном районе для прогулок по Риму, ещё и полный комплект принадлежностей для комфортного проживания. Начиная от бытовых мелочей и заканчивает даже весами для взвешивания багажа.
