Will stay again when I'm in Hua Hin. Well priced and a pleasant stay.

Lovely staff, cleaned every day and lots of food options a minute's walk away.

Bargain in a good location

Near the train station and night market. Very clean, large room with balcony.

Maybe a bit too close to the train station. Noise from the station is easily heard but was no problem for me.

Very nice and close to the night market and the train station .. The beach with night life at is like 600 meters away from the hotel. The room is spacious and beautiful. All things are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent value for its location.

It is well located near Hua Hin Train Station (300m) and the top end of the daily night market (30m) and a major local morning market (100m). It contains budget rooms accessed by a lift and has great views of Hua hin. Given the price, the rooms are reasonably sized supported by modern air conditioning.and are great value for the budget conscious. Note , it is 10 min walk to the beach and the major eating area.

Just the usual with Thai budget hotels, no safe, poorly lit, lack of bathroom shelving, bed a little hard but given the price, these are minor irritations not deal breakers.

Loud train station, loud trains slowing down to enter the station, loud street with tons of scooters racing loudly. Got woken up several times per night. impossible to sleep properly. street dangerous to walk

Superb

Very good location. Close to the railway station and night market. Clean, spacious room, nicer view from upper stories. There's common space in first floor where you can use a washing machine. Free drink （instant coffee）is available there.

This accomodation is perfect for it's price, will be back.

Convenient location. Near to railway train, night market and beach. The room was big and adequate. Fridge with freezer, working tv, working heater, water pressure is decent. This is so much better than Euro City Hotel (my second night stay) nearby.

Security in the hotel is not great, anyone can just walk in and take the lift to any level. No safe in room. CCTV is limited and room door lock is not that secure, this is more of a motel. However, I did not feel unsafe while I was at Hua Hin.

Very good

We only stayed one night at the guesthouse but would have stayed longer if we had the time. The room is very spacious and clean, with a balcony, fridge and air conditioning. In the common area, you can use the microwave and also make a coffee.

Amazing value and Fantastic location

Amazing value for money and fantastic location. 5 minute walk to the train station and night market/restaurants. 20 minute walk to the beach. Apartment was very clean and spacious.

Could do with a shower curtain in the bathroom and the balcony doors rattled in the wind in the night. This was sorted for us by the 2nd night though so we were happy.
