The location is amazing
They should advertise that the electricity and AC are only available at certain times of the day. Also the hotel was empty, we asked to check out one hour later and they said no because the room was taken... There were only a couple of other guests

Staff was friendly. Suit was clean and very romantic. Quiet place, beach with beautiful view.
We booked the King Suite with Ocean View, and were very disappointed to see that we actually had the view on the restaurant, and in the background, through windows of the restaurant, you could see the ocean. We felt cheated. Photos are attached.
Bed and pillows were very unfomfortable.
Every time you go to the restaurant, be it for breakfast, drink or dinner, you had to pay immediately, could not put it on the room and pay at the end.
To avoid surprise and disappointment, i also advice to check months when seaweeds appear on the beach. During this time neither beaches nor the ocean look the same as on the usual beautiful Caribbean photos. We spent 3 weeks on different beaches in Cancun and Tulum, and there was no day without them.
