Located in Mission Beach, this attractive house for $499 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This cute 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is located on the sunny side of a North Mission Beach court walking distance to bay, shops, restaurants, Catamaran. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with Cal-King bed and a twin over full bunkbed. There is a 43” Smart Flat screen TV with direct access to the ocean view balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with 43' Smart Flat Screen TV. There is a shared full size bathroom with dual sinks and tub The 1st floor living room is has catherdral celings and 60inch flatscreen tv. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table. On this floor, there is another full bathroom with shower. The front patio with ocean views includes 6 seat table and umbrella and gas BBQ for cookouts. Full size clothes washer & dryer.. Several amenities including: - Air conditioning- split units in each bedroom and living room -WIFI access in every room, deck and patio -3 flat screen Smart TV's, 1 in every bedroom - beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels - outdoor warm shower wash off the sand - ceiling fans in every room - pack in play, games, books and puzzles for all ages - iron w/ironing board, hair dryers, Ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Pacific and Mission Beach. The bay is conveniently located just across the street where the Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle, and available rentals (bike, scooters,boat, and boards). In addition to the beaches, you are just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district, Petco park, Convention Center and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo. COVID cleaning practices: Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival) Hand sanitizer and anibacterial hand soap is provided. Cleaning team wears masks and gloves. (particular attention to high touch areas) All antibacterial disinfectants and cleaners used that are also provided. All linens are washed and dryed at high heat in between guest stays This rental is located in a very quiet, high density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Make sure that you are comfortable with these prior to reserving the home. There is a security camera located outside of the home viewing the deck entrance.

We ended up having to cancel our stay last minute due to illness, and Erin was great about communicating with me. She reposted the property to try to rebook, which she wasn’t obligated to do. We hope to stay there for real the next time we visit San Diego!

The house was perfect - very clean, awesome location, tastefully decorated and just steps from the beach. We were able to watch the sunset from the front porch every night. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Property was as described, reviews prepared us for lack of parking and small garage so that was no big deal. Kid friendly property, well stocked, and maintained. We traveled from Kentucky and were exhausted upon arrival, place was easy to get into and instructions straight forward. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much! You can't ask for a better location...the elevated porch provides a constant view of the beach and ocean (plus there is an upstairs patio), the strand way and beach is less than a minute walk away, the house is very family-friendly, there are lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids beach toys, etc,...the list is endless. The garage is a bit snug to park a vehicle, but it can be done! We truly enjoyed our stay here! Erin was a wonderful host. She always responded to my questions immediately :)

Great property in a great location. We visited the area during Tropical storm Hillary and the landlords were extremely responsive to take care of a few repairs because of the storm. We really appreciated that!

Property was exactly as stated. Location was fantastic. It was clean and plenty big for a family of four with two teenage boys. Proximity to beach and view were the highlights.
Garage is small and we needed a larger car since we were moving son into college. We unloaded and loaded in front of property and then parked on street. We never had any issues finding parking.
It was our first time staying in Mission Beach - we loved this place and will be back!

Great location and rental! Beautiful home. Books, toys and games for the kids when not at the beach building castles or playing in water. Rental has all the things you need for the beach for the family (toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc) which is a 30sec walk. 5-10min walking distance to restaurants for to-go dinners on the patio watching the ocean, if you don’t want to cook. Perfect SD beach vacation with the family. Thanks Erin!

Such a fabulous location that was perfect for our family vacation! We all loved being so close to the beach, no need to pack into a car daily which would have been a nightmare.
The kids loved the bunk beds.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smaller garage but luckily we did rent a very small compact car. The other car we parked on the street and you just have to be patient to find a parking space just a few blocks away.

We have stayed at many rentals over the last several years and this one was the best by far!! (I only hesitate to leave this review as it may be harder too book in the future..but that wouldn't be fair now would it)
From the initial contact with Erin, to our departure, the process was seamless. Erin was extremely responsive and helpful!
The rental unit was better than advertised and the location was perfect. 3 doors from a perfect section of beach (directly between Belmont Park and Crystal Pier) and could hear the waves all night...awesome!!!
The rental was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed and then some. I intentionally looked for things to be missing, or not working, and was pleasantly surprised.
The place was super clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, bathrooms were immaculate with awesome hot showers (even a warm outdoor shower to rinse the sand off).
I need to emphasize how accurate the description was on the listing...there are too many mention in this review but they were all there!
TV'S were awesome (in very room) but with the outdoor decks, patios, we hardly used them. Spent alot of time utilizing the outdoor space, beach time, and ocean views.
The best thing is we parked the truck and never used it once. Too many great places within walking distance so no need.
We visit PB very often as our son lives there and I can tell you this is a first class location for all ages!

My wife and I stayed at this property for 35 days. We loved it!! Erin is great to work with and responds immediately. The unit is 4 houses from the beach and you can be on the beach/boardwalk in 2 minutes or less. The kitchen is well equipped and there are tv's in both bedrooms and the living room. The house is decorated nicely and very comfortable. There is an attached garage that has all the fun toys for the beach. The garage can fit a model 3 Tesla and nothing longer or wider will work. Lots of restaurants/bars close by serving tacos, pizza, breakfast options and a steakhouse as well. You can walk to a Ralphs for groceries or drive 10 minutes to a Sprouts, Trader Joes, Vons or a Gelson's. We loved it here and had no complaints. We will be back !!

We loved our stay. Very clean home with Plenty of sand toys/beach equipment for the kids. Large enough space for family gathering but also enough room for some privacy. The Deck is a fantastic place to enjoy a meal or morning coffee while enjoying a view of the ocean. Very clean, great Layout-Smart TVS in each bedroom. Would definitely recommend/stay again. Location is Amazing!

What a beautiful home! The house is in a perfect location with everything you need! You are just steps from the beach and many restaurants and bars. The house was immaculate and had everything you needed for your stay including all your beach chairs and toys etc. Communication and check in were easy! The owner is very responsive with any questions you may have. The front porch with the views of the ocean is AMAZING! We would definitely return to this wonderful home! Family vacation
We had a great stay at the Windermere house. The house had everything we needed to have a blast at the beach: toys, chairs, boards, towels, and wagons to pull it all! The fun is just a hundred feet away too, so easy! The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and helpful before and during our stay. Parking for a minivan can be tricky if you’re used to having a designated spot, but it was far from impossible. Sometimes I was able to park right outside the house and sometimes I had a nice walk to go get the car while my family finished getting ready. Either way the location of the house and our overall experience made everyone not want to leave.
