Fantastic location right outside the old city part and near plenty of coffee shops, shops and restaurants.
Quit at night, great (small) swimming pool and terrace on the first floor.
The check-in process was rather slow.
We tried the food once at the pool, a guacamole, and it was not nice at all.

The overall services inside the Hotel
We were 3 persons but they gave us only two set of towels
Every day we asked for one set more but they never prepared the room for 3
The attitude’s of the people of swimming pool bar was not emphatic at all

It beautiful! the architecture and landscape is gorgeous.
No coffee machine or refrigerator in any of the rooms! To me these are basic necessities in a hotel room ... especially one of this calibre.
We were told coffee was available in the bar.
I made my way down there in morning to be given coffee from a machine (like the one on my workspace, push a button and the coffee comes out) and was charged 500 pesos per cup for this (NZ$5)
Being from New Zealand, I can get a cup of proper barista coffee for this amount.
