The property is in a great location. Convenient to so much and easy access.
There was a lovely welcome gift that was a wonderful touch.
We had some definite bumps. Upon arrival the scent in the room was overwhelming. With two of our travelers who have asthma it was a challenge hard to get past. We found several items broken and it could have used a bit more cleaning in some areas.
But in saying all of that Michela was responsive and willing to try and help where possible and that goes a long way.

The property was central to everything a tourist wants to see.
It was a little tight for four adults and two children but then it is in the heart of Rome! However our host Gianluca made certain he had thought of all the home comforts including leaving a few necessary gifts to ease your stay. Thank you.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and communication was easy throughout our stay. They were also flexible enough to let us check in a little earlier than the original check-in time at no extra charge, which we really appreciated.
The apartment itself is lovely and in an excellent location.
A couple of small things to keep in mind: there is a short walk from the nearest point where taxis or cars can stop, so it can be slightly inconvenient with luggage, although it was not a major issue for us. The cleanliness could also have been a little better in some areas, but overall the apartment was clean and comfortable..
