Leo er veldig imøtekommende, snill og underholdende. Han har mye kunnskap om St Jacques som han deler med sine gjester og man føler seg virkelig hjemme når man spiser sammen med andre pilgrimmer og vandrende turgåere hos ham. Man føler en stor tilhørighet og fellesskap som er veldig skjønn!

Le cadre est vraiment exceptionnel ! La vue est incroyable, le levé de soleil est à ne pas rater. Les logements sont bien équipés et conforme au rapport qualité prix. C’est propre. Mais alors surtout surtout notre hôte qui est un cuisiner d’exception. On sent qu’il met vraiment du cœur à nous accueillir. Le repas avec uniquement du fait maison et des produits locaux est le meilleur repas que j’ai eu sur le chemin. En plus il s’est également adapté en cuisinant vegan (une mayonnaise vegan maison à tomber). Il agrémente le repas en expliquant les provenance et l’histoire de chaque plat. C’est vraiment l’endroit à réserver sur le chemin. Autre avantage : comme il faut gravure une belle montée de 4km pour y arriver, vous laisserez les autres pèlerins derrière vous et profiterez de répartir le lendemain en toute quiétude. Bref, réservez ici vous allez adorer.
