Nous avons été accueillis par Karine, pétulante jeune femme qui nous a mis à l'aise sur la possibilité de dîner sans repartir à Rodez: un restaurant-pizzeria (Casa di Pietro) est à côté (à pied) de l'hôtel. La chambre et la salle d'eau sont impeccables, et la voiture est dehors sous nos yeux. Nous avions l'intention de nous balader dans l'Aubrac et de changer d'hôtel chaque jour. Mais du coup, nous avons préféré revenir au Laury's tous les soirs, d'autant que le tarif de la nuit est plus qu'abordable. Et le petit déj à 10 euros ce n'est pas courant. Rare : la clim est individuelle dans chaque chambre, et ultra simple à faire marcher : un seul bouton , et + ou - pour la température.
Il faut arriver avant 9 heures à la salle de petit-déjeuner. Et il n'y a pas de homard bleu, mais on arrive à s'en passer. D'autant que les restos aveyronnais ne pleurent pas les quantités, quelle générosité dans les portions.
