Spacious apartment with a gorgeous view of the sunrise

The apartment is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise - we spent a lot of time on that terrace! It's also a great location for easy access to the beach, and it was really handy that the owner has two private sunbeds that are reserved for your use daily on the beach right in front. In addition, the host was so friendly and couldn't do more to make sure we were happy during our stay, even making some great recommendations for good spots in town for an apertivo. Yes, there are more stunning white sand beaches that you can find elsewhere in Sardinia (we had a car, so we spent a few days exploring nearby Costa Rei), but this was a great base for a relaxing, sunny stay in Cagliari and I highly recommend.

Amazing apartment and a beautiful country with a magnificent host!

The apartment is absolutely huge and beautiful with a stunning white sandy beach and clear blue sea directly opposite ! Amazing views of Poetto beach from a huge balcony with the wetlands to the back where you can see flamingoes. Gianni was very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond which really helped us out.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

Fantastic location right opposite Poetto beach. Big balcony to watch the sun rise with a coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, with stunning sea and beach view. Clean and comfortable apartment with lots of space. Gianni, the host, was accommodating and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us, always keen to help out. Will definitely be returning!

Everything was great ❤️

This apartment is absolutely stunning, I could not fault it! Definitely the best view in Poetto, you could not get any closer to the beach and the balcony is huge and the apartment as a whole is very spacious. Good transport links to the main town via bus or taxi. Also some nice beach bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Gianni is also super friendly and helpful, even with a bottle of prosecco on arrival, can’t wait to visit again already. Grazie, Gianni 😊🤌🏻

peaceful oasis, but still in the centre of it all

great location on the beach with views on all sides. located close to nice restaurants. well equipped kitchen and very spacious. we had a lovely peaceful two night stay. The terrace really is as big as pictured and there’s a fabulous view of the moon on the water. you can see the sunset from the upper terrace or living room window, also gorgeous. Gianni very helpful if you need anything, and good to have secure parking outside.

it’s on the top floor, so after lunch was an effort to do the stairs. But I kept thinking to myself it was good for me. the price you pay for the lovely view.

Gianni is a excellent host and we really enjoyed our stay at the Attico! Waking up with this breathtaking view followed by a small breakfast at the beach bar was always a good way to start into the day before exploring this wonderful island.

Worth every cent

It was more than perfect

The views, the open plan layout and beautiful finish of the apartment. The friendliness and helpfulness of our host and everyone else we met. Attico sul Poetto is an absolutely stunning apartment with a huge terrace and rooftop. It is a place which allows you to really feel part of your surroundings. Seeing people getting on with their day in such a healthy way is inspiring. Attico sul Poetto is good for the soul. We'll definitely be back! Thanks, Gianni

Gorgeous sea view from the terrace!

Oh the view from the terrace was sublime! One of the tallest buildings in the area with an unobstructed view of the sea directly in front of you. Waking up to it every morning was a dream. And it's right next to the beach and on the boardwalk but perfectly quiet.

Struggled with the lock a bit, but small matter for that dreamy view!
