We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Fivitel Hoi An, and our whole family absolutely loved it!
The hotel is very clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with delicious food and, what we really appreciated, different dishes every day, so there was no repetition during our stay.
What made our experience truly special was the wonderful surprise on August 8th, my husband’s birthday. The hotel secretly prepared a birthday cake and organized a little birthday celebration for him. We were genuinely touched by this thoughtful gesture and the care the hotel showed to our family. It was such a lovely surprise and a beautiful memory for all of us.
A very special thank you to the two receptionists, Mão and Nhi, who went out of their way to support and help our family throughout our stay. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and attentive service made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of.
Thank you, Fivitel Hoi An, for making our family trip so memorable. If we come back to Hoi An, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Great staff, very nice rooms of good standardd, bed and bathroom included. Mao was particularly accommodating and kind with my requests. Recommended.

The room was beautiful and the breakfast was great. The gym was good for our 7 day stay. We loved the staff and the spa.
They didn’t state that the beach in front of the hotel was not swimable at the moment and said that it was beachfront. There’s huge boats putting in a sea wall and it is not somewhere you want to lie. The pool was also often crowded you couldn’t lay in the sun due to the size. The room service food was not very nice either compared to the breakfast so would avoid.

Near the beach, if you're prepared to walk
The hotel is located within the middle of work sites. The image of the infinity pool overlooking tiled roof's and palm trees is NOT reality.
You overlook an ugly barricaded work site.
The shared facilities are tired, dated and dirty.
The room was relatively clean and comfortable and the staff were quite lovely generally.
The food at breakfast was average.
I booked based on the pool photos was disappointed, but stayed anyway and still really enjoyed my time in Hoi An. Vietnam is a wonderful country.
