What a great stay we had at Ella Galaxy View. Truly one of the most beautiful views we've ever had anywhere.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, helping us with our requests and always responding with a couple of minutes to our messages.
The breakfast was great and plentiful too, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is nice and quite but still walking distance to the town.
The room was very spacious and spotless.
Overall really recommend staying here!
Only small downside is that our room didn't have AC so it could get a bit warm but by airing it out a bit and with the fan it was really fine as the temperature in the mountains isn't so bad.

Schone kamer met schoon sanitair en een prachtig uitzicht. Hele aardige mensen die goed bereikbaar waren.
Iets verder van het centrum, maar met de tuktuk ben je er in 5 minuten.

The place is incredible. The view is breathtaking from the balcony, you can see the mountains for miles and a big waterfall. The bed was really comfortable, and a mosquito net, powerful hot shower, staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. Good value for money. 15/20 min walk to town centre but a few nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend
We loved everything, a few minor recommendations would be to have handsoap in the bathroom and a bin in the bedroom :)

The view was really nice. Location was ok. Breakfast was good.
As someone wrote already, there are bugs getting into the room (there is a gap under the doors). When we complained to the staff on WhatsApp they didn't reply... There were construction work untill 9:40pm in this property - they should not have guests when they do it... And they only stopped when I went there asking when are they planning to stop.. The beds were not comfortable. And generally renovation would be good
The place is not worth the high price..
