The room was nice.
Unfortunately my experience was not good. I stayed for two nights, the first night the electricity was not on in my room from 11pm till 7am.. but was working in the pool, so this was definitely an issue with the property and not a problem with the area not having electricity.. I tried multiple times to contact the staff to turn on my lights and air conditioning again, throughout the night.. but no response. Eventually at 7am the lights we turned on again. There was no attempt to redeem this situation and this left me unsatisfied with their level of service. It’s a nice place, but if the guests are not treated well.. then its a shame.. the 24hour security is a lie. As there was nobody to help get my electricity back for the whole night. These hosts take take take and don’t care if they have not made your stay satisfactory.

Es gab keine einzige Sache die zu bemängeln wäre. Das Personal ist super und hilft einem bei allem was man braucht. Die Villen sind die schönsten die ich bisher gesehen habe und bieten alles was man braucht. Jedes Detail ist durchdacht.

L'accoglienza è stata magnifica grazie al gestore della struttura che si chiama Tono, ragazzo davvero molto disponibile nel darci tutte le info necessarie per girare l'isola al meglio.
La stanza era grande, perfetta e comoda.
Soprattutto la piscina è davvero impagabile
Migliorerei sicuramente la colazione, non è stata all'altezza delle mie aspettative mi aspettavo qualcosa di piu.

Amazing property. The owners have great taste and they’ve made a great property. The pools in the rooms are great too for chilling after a hot day out!
Special shout out to Tono, who was immensely helpful and hospitable. We had breakfast requests early morning which were out of schedule because we had scuba, but Tono was very accommodating of that too! He also gave us good recommendations for our time in Gili!

Beautiful and spacious room! Great breakfast as well! Quite a bit of walking required to reach either of the shores on Gili T (cycling would be easier, but I can't cycle, so we had to walk) since there are no motor vehicles on the island. Bicycle rental is available right opposite the property.
Air Conditioner maintenance is required, cooling is not enough, especially because the ceiling is too high.

Beautiful little property and great hosts/staff. We loved the feel and decor of the villa and that it was back away from the main strip

Everything. Absolutely stunning little privare villa. Private pool was just unreal. Hosts were great. Its about 10min walk from the main stretch but that's not bad at all as is away from the noise. Bikes for rent outside and a store. Also great restaurants within a few mins walk. Loved it

Our little villa was fabulous. The pool was the only slightly cool pool we came across and after a hot day there was nothing better in jumping in the pool. The room was clean and the outdoor area was super relaxing. The aircon was a lifesaver! The staff where helpful, kind and attentive, and gave us some super useful tips about the island which came in handy. We felt very looked after the entire time and felt so sad to leave. The location is great as its right in the middle of the island and so you can choose to go to the dock side or sunset side and you dont hear any of the partying or music. A very quiet and relaxing stay! The owners are also friendly and helpful!

Un petit coin de paradis niché au cœur de l’île de Gili T. Nous avons énormément apprécié l’accueil qui nous a été réservé par Tono et les propriétaires Ben & Chloé (conseils sur l’île, bonnes adresses, recommandations d’activités…) rien de mieux pour débuter notre séjour sur l’île !
Notre chambre avec la petite piscine était joliment décorée, très propre, c’était un bonheur d’avoir notre petit coin d’intimité rien qu’à nous pour quelques jours. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et copieux (boisson chaude + fruits + omelette ou banana pancakes). La villa est située au cœur de l’île, dans un quartier calme et tout est atteignable très rapidement en vélo !
Je vous recommande vraiment cette adresse si vous souhaitez profiter pleinement de l’île :)

Everything about this stay was perfection. The only place I would stay on Gili T. It was a little hidden heaven on the rustic island. I would restay here everytime. Tono the property manager couldn’t of been more helpful with any of our needs or questions. This property made our grip to Gili and would highly highly recommend

I loved my stay at this property! My room was amazing. It was a perfect t combination of a luxury feel in the room but a beautiful tropical oasis just outside of the sliding glass door in front of your bed. Since I am a solo traveler, I felt very safe in these grounds.
I just was not a fan of Gili T period, the island itself did not give me what I wanted, personally but these accommodations took me away from all of the hustle and bustle of the island which I was so grateful for!!! I would have booked more days had it been available.

The villas are so special and the space is so beautiful you don’t want to leave. The location is in the middle of the island, which is great because you’re not far from either side. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast and loved the recommendations of other places to eat.

The pictures are inside very nice but the staff and owners are what really stand out. They were incredibly accommodating when we wanted to check in a day early, they were extremely friendly, it was a very nice place.

The staff were excellent, very helpful. The villa felt very private and the staff respected our privacy at all times. The breakfast was lovely and the staff went above and beyond with the small touches. They recommended a list of restaurants and we tried most of them and confirm that they were excellent! The villa was always cleaned when we left for the day and we always felt that this was to a very high standard. We stayed in a villa with a whirlpool which was great to relax in on a night. Overall a fantastic stay and I would recommend to everyone. My boyfriend proposed to me in our villa and it was the most beautiful setting for it. We could not be happier with our time spent at Jawa House.

The staff was great, they gave us all the informations about the island. We rented bikes from the property what it was great, so we could do everything by our selfs. The room was dream and the breakfast was great as well.

Well located, close to a few great places to eat (Jali, Gili Tiki). Good quality bikes available for rent. Access to a private pool, and a generous sized bedroom and bathroom. great additions like a big ledge to place luggage on. Overall, what made this place was the owners friendliness and warmth - the lock broke on our room and they waived the costs and fixed the issue straight away. Located away from the sounds of the mosque!
I didn’t feel the villa was private, as the entrance and bedroom was adjacent to the communal kitchen is, so you could hear a lot of indistinct talking etc. A few additions - hand towels, shampoo / conditioner would be great!

The team at Jawa house are incredibly friendly, Villa was exactly like the photos. We felt instantly at home as soon as we arrived and Ben gave us a great introduction to Gili T. The location is nice and quiet and has an authentic village feel. We absolutely loved Jawa House!

This was a long overdue review but I dont want to miss telling people how Jawa House, Ben, Chloe, Tono and the staff made an impact during our vacation in Gili T. JAWA HOUSE IS A GEM IN THE ISLAND! We loved how they welcomed us in their beautiful place, from check in to the wonderful intro and guide about the island and things we can do there. It is actually forbes standard quality as we ourselves were from the hospitality industry as well. Kudos to chloe and ben for always going the extra mile to make everything amazing. We will definitely come back and recommend!
