* Electric bike rental was very useful, especially because they provide charging
* There was an unpleasant and disturbing odor coming from the bathroom facilities.
* The condition of the toilet was not good and should be reviewed.
* A TV was mentioned in the property description, but there was no TV in the room.

This is one of the most wonderful places you could possibly stay in Ubud. It's located in the middle of rice fields, surrounded by lush greenery, while still being super close to everything you want to see and do in the area. It looks exactly like on the pictures - the beautiful, clean pool, spacious rooms and the sounds of nature make this a very special stay.
Putu and his team have been the most amazing hosts and made us feel like we're part of a family. His dad showed us around the hotel on our first night and even looked for some fire flies with us.
The street leading up to the hotel is fairly narrow and not accessible with a car, but the hotel staff offers an easy pick up service right off the main road.
All in all a truly outstanding stay, we'd be more than happy to come back!

Loved the staff, the breakfast is fantastic!!
All facilities are available including laundry, bike rental and even organising a pickup if needed

Location in the middle of the island so you could reach either end quickly especially on bike & was quiet.
The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner (would get debris inside with the open roof) but overall place was great
$$$$
