The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing.
There were quite a few dirty areas, including stains and marks on the walls and doors. The shower gel also seemed to be diluted with water and barely foamed. Overall, the apartment has a nice atmosphere, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

It was clean. We have 9 nights accommodation and the cleaning staff came after 3 days to do the cleaning. We have welcoming tea and coffee. The kitchenette is well equipped, but it needs a microwave oven. The bed is extra large and comfortable. It is a pretty nice location and the suite 005 is without noises. The area is safe and the location is pretty close to metro station U5 Therese-Giehse-Allee (6-7 min). The PEP Shopping Center is very close too.
The sofa bed is not comfortable. The bathroom door is made of glass and is a sliding door, so it's a little dangerous. The lack of a microwave oven.

Easy location to Munich city. Peaceful neighbourhood, free street parking. Safe and spacious. Very modern and clean.
Only negative was pillows needed replacing, otherwise was a perfect stay.

Good location
I initially booked 2 rooms for 3 adults for 2 days. Even if I extended one room one extra day, I had to do the checkin again, not a big problem. The problem was that I check out the room in the morning, I got a new acces code for my new booking around 1400, but guess what, I had the same room but not cleaned for a new customer like I was.
I didn’t know I will get the same room until I got it at the normal checkin time :))))). Stupid
$$$$
