Güzel

Çevre lokasyon olarak Hauphtbahnof'a uzak sayılmaz metro ile 5 durak. Neu Pearlach semt olarak da çok nezih ve ferah bir yer. Hemen yakınında metro istasyonları mevcut. Ayrıca alışveriş ihtiyacınızı görmek isterseniz de PEP Center ve diğer marketlere de yürüme mesafesinde.

Banyo biraz daha daireden bağımsız olabilirdi

Not in downtown Munich

Easy check in as promised.

Room had a funny layout. And a very small bed for two people.

Passable

The apartments are really nice and very good value for money. Modern and comfortable. The area is a little out of the way but there is a large shopping mall nearby that serves food and has a host of good shops and supermarkets.

Unfortunately our apartment (109) was very noisy. There appears to be some postal sorting offices on the ground floor of the building and the works there begin and continue from the early hours of the morning and there is a lot of constant noise. The other issue with our stay was that the TV did not work at all and try as we could to retune it we couldn’t manage. Tried calling the apartment support number supplied but couldn’t get through on numerous occasions. This would not be good if there had been a serious issue. These two issues made for a disappointing stay in what are really nice modern apartments that represent great value for money, especially with secure off street parking.

Terrible experience

It was proper

No host to welcome you or help you out ( it felt ünheimisch"; one check-in divice from the two did not work; no fresh towels during our stay; the beds were not made during our 3 night stay but the worst problem was the terrible noice which started at 6 am from the post distribution center on the ground floor right under our room. ( singing, shouting, chariots, bikes, etc.) We never go there again.

Very good

Sound insulation is a disaster, the walls are as thin as paper. In the evening we couldn't sleep because the cell phone was constantly ringing in the room next to ours, it sounded like it was at our place. At 6 or 7 in the morning, there was a noise from downstairs, from the post office.

Wery good stay with big stress before

- spacy room - comfort - cleaning - wery nice style

- Staff wasn't nice month after my booking they want me to cancel or pay 3 times more - they expained that my price was obvious mistake. I was right so luckily I pay my oryginal price. When i was check price in this place a few days before stay - it was only 25-30%more than my price- it wasn't look fair. When it was time to pay i have some issues with my card phone consultant almost yealing at me to use other method. It was my worst customer experience.

stayed here for Oktoberfest and it was perfect! nice place, easy check in and on the same metro like as Oktoberfest so w

had a fantastic stay here! check in was easy and staff were friendly and helpful especially Jerry who made the stay fantastic 😊

Good location of the hotel (not far from the city center) and within walking distance from the metro station. The room is comfortable for living, especially when traveling with a family (there is a kitchenette). Satisfied with the value for money and quality. Recommend to stay here

the instruction about the check-in (where to look for the automatic reception and what you need to do with the electronic key yourself) came the very next day, when we left the room

Room was clean and fresh. Location was very good and comfortable to travel

Room was very uncomfortable for family and place is so congested for 2 family. Rest room is transparent which is uncomfortable for ladies.

Not the greatest experience but served its purpose short term

It was a nice walk to work and very close to the shopping centre. Nice size tv and comfy bed.

The 3.30am wake up calls from the business downstairs. The rooms are not soundproof, vending machine didn't work, broken freezer parts, some facilities were not as booked due to venue not being able to fulfil the booking room type, this probably isn't for business travellers. Above all the fact that when it was raised the management didn't really solve anything, offered me a refund if I wished to go stay elsewhere and just asked me how they could resolve it rather than proposing how to resolve it. This cost them dear as I needed accomadation for 8 months. I have gone elsewhere.

Great rooms, but some essentials missing

very convenient location, quiet nicely equipped rooms, very reasonable cost

There was no breakfast and no possibility to buy any food. Beverage vending machine was broken. No garage
