The beautiful vue, the nice breakfast, the pool especially, the service.
No boiler for tea or coffe in the room. That was really missing. Anything else was good. The price is a bir too high in August

We loved everything. Air-con, wi-fi, location, cleanliness ... all was perfect. The location in particular couldn't be better, as it was close to everything, and very handy for getting the bus to and from the airport. I didn't meet the owner, but he certainly seems to go out of his way to make the stay at his place that extra bit special. I would also like to point out that Naples is a great city, and I really do not understand the negative remarks people make about it.

Great location. Property is close to city center, port and main attraction. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Room was also very clean.
Given the room's location in the property, I assume it was the only room in the immediate vicinity of the elevator, which was quite loud and could be heard in the room. That was a bit annoying.

Marco was really nice and provided a lot of very helpful information. The entire place is beautifully decorated, modern and clean.
