The location, tranquility and the facilities.
Only one thing. The lounge carpet has reached the point where it needs a good clean and we found a few of long ginger coloured hairs in the kitchen area.

Good location - very handy for the town centre. Spacious and comfortable main bedroom.
The 'sitting at a dining table' facilities were very poor. Very small table in the corner of the room.
