Strategically perfect location - you’re super close to Alona Beach and the main road, but it's tucked away enough that you don't get too much noise. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and was cleaned every day. Bedrooms on the first floor are spacious with air con and balcony and have the best mattresses (I like them firm). Open-space living room and kitchen with air con and a full water gallon on the ground floor. The kitchen was for (Western) breakfast sufficiently equipped but not so if you intend to do some hardcore cooking. But they really have good options on food so u don´t need to cook. I ate here for the first time Filipino chicken soup and couldn´t get enough of it. Would be great to have some more Filipino options on the menu. Since we were with 8 year old kids, they adored the menu. The pool area is really nice and relaxing, the kids loved it, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it if you want a clean, quiet place that’s still close to everything.

The hotel has very good room accommodation. However, the staff fails to dish out those which were used daily and will only do so if requested.

Staff were kind and always greets us with smiling faces. The pool was clean and kids got to enjoy a day at the pool.
There’s about 10-minute walk on a bumpy (and muddy-when it rains) road to get to the property and/or to go on the main highway.
Tiny bugs and a cockroach were there in our room but i wasn’t that bothered as long as it doesn’t reach our bed. 🤭
Walls are a bit thin and i sometimes could hear sounds and noises from other rooms, not to mention the construction works and barking dogs around the area. But then again, it wasn’t a big of a deal for us when we stayed there because we were so tired from the day’s tours so it wasn’t hard to catch a sleep despite all the noise.
What bothered me was the banging on the door from what seemed to be a drunk foreigner who was also a guest. Apparently, he was complaining about the noise upstairs (he was checked in the room below ours). The noise wasn’t from “us” actually. Our 8 year old daughter wasn’t jumping around or anything when that happened.
But construction was going on so it probably was from that. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault entirely but could’ve handled the situation better. We checked out without clear resolution to the issue.
