The location is very "Roman". Nice neighborhood, close, very well supplied supermarkets, walking distance to the Vatican, but also quiet enough. Nice restaurants nearby. Neighbors are polite.
The apartment has AC, beds are comfortable, and the mood is right.
The apartment is at the ground level, and slightly below, so the kitchen windows/doors to the garden - although with solid bars and mosquito net - can't stop a curious ant with a big family. I informed the host about the ant issue and they are working on it. But then again there is a nice garden view with cats quietly playing.
Although a guest can easily open all the doors without a key (web app and key code), an extra key would be useful for less tech-capable guests.

Bardzo miły gospodarz , dobra lokalizacja - blisko metra.
Na zdjęciach mieszkanie wydalało się większe.

Na pewno dużym atutem tego miejsca jest lokalizacja i spokojna okolica, w pobliżu sporo sklepów spożywczych oraz restauracji, do Watykanu 10 minut spacerem.
Zameldowanie godzinę po umówionym czasie, ale to zostało zrekompensowane.
