Nestled in Topsail Beach, this lovely condo for $80 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This second floor condo is conveniently located in Hampstead's Pointe Villas. Near Topsail beach. We are about 16 minutes from the beach. It is spacious and beautifully furnished, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with washer and dryer. We offer all the amenities. It sleeps 6 comfortably; two queen beds and a queen air mattress, featuring sky lights and a bright & spacious layout for all your needs and comfort. Enjoy the beautiful setting from the screened in porch if you want a little rest and relaxation, with access from the master bedroom and living room. We have great accommodations for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and military personnel. There are a variety of activities to see and do, like the Battleship North Carolina, Azalea Festival, and Wrightsville Beach. This condo does not have a pool available. Children over 12 recommended. NO SMALL CHILDREN. Property Manager across the street. Sister in Neighborhood. We are conveniently located minutes from Topsail Island, Surf City Beach, and walking distance to Belvedere golf course. An opportunity to be close to a public boat launch 7 miles away, beaches and 20 minutes from the city of Wilmington, 20 miles from Wilmington airport, 30 minutes to UNCW and 36 minutes from Jacksonville. Camp Lejeune is about 30 minutes away.

Condo is great value for money, in a quiet location on a golf course. The unit is spacious, well furnished and many stater items, dish soap, laundry soap etc, appreciated. One bed is firm the second bed softer all bedding in good repair and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and appliances in good working order. Communication with owner was pleasant and timely to resolve minor issues. Would recommend this unit without hesitation.

This place is amazing! Very clean, quiet, and a nice big comfortable bed. Great screened-in porch. Beautifully decorated. Close to most of the nicest beaches in the area. Glad the wife and I chose to stay for the week. So much to see and do. Recommended to all who value tranquility!

Enjoyed the home, just as listed, nice property, well kept easy to get to. Home was clean, comfortable, spacious and relaxing. Convenient kitchen, lovely screened deck overlooking golf course. Easy parking. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and would go back again myself.

The condo was in close proximity to my son's home where we spent the majority of the time. We just showered & slept at the condo. Didn't really spend much time there.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Every time we have come here it feels like we are at your own home. Neighbors are always very nice and welcoming. Neighborhood is a good place to go walking both day and night without having to worry about your safety. This is a great place with great amenities and a very response host. I was pleased to relax in this spacious well maintained 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen was well equipt with all the items necessary to cook a feast. The decor was welcoming & furniture comfy.
It is about a 15 min drive to the Topsail beaches, I'll take the drive in return for the peace.
I especially loved the screened-in porch. There was a crew of turtles on the edge of the woods that kept me entertained with my coffee in the morning.
I had to call the owner for a question and she was responsive and helpful.
I look forward to being there again.

Overall we had a good experience with this property. We had an issue with the AC, but the property owner was responsive and had a technician come out. Unfortunately, because of the oppressive heat, the condo remained uncomfortably warm. Gnats seems to be everywhere in this area, in the condo and local restaurants we visited. The screened porch was ideal to combat the gnats and a quiet place to drink our morning coffee. Finally, the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom made a clicking sound that was a challenge for light sleepers. We did enjoy our stay. The condo is in a very quiet neighborhood and is situated between Topsail Beach and Wilmington- the 2 spots we were there to visit. Thank you.

Convenient and relaxing
We had a great time here! The condo is conveniently located about 20 minutes away from Surf City public beach access. I was surprised at how clean the property was and that it looks exactly like the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals, and the screened in deck was wonderful. Thank you, Linda!

Better Than First Time
This is the second time we stayed here this year and we love this place. It is very clean, has all the amenities you need for a stay and is in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We've stayed at this VRBO a few times now and every time we are very happy with all the amenities. You can't ask for anything more. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space to keep luggage stored away. The main bedroom has the bathroom within. Plenty of towels for both inside and for pool or the beach. Make-up removal towelettes to keep towels clean are provided. There is shower soap, hand soap, dish soap - no need to bring along. Televisions in living room and main bedroom. The second bedroom is lovely as well. Both beds are both comfy. The second bedroom is where you will find the iron and a small ironing board. The kitchen has everything you would need. There is a Keurig for coffee lovers. A blender for those wanting to make a smoothie. And if you are so inclined to cook, well the owner has you covered with pots and utensils along with plates, silverware and glassware. To be noted, there are also plastic cups and bowls for children. The area is quiet and you can enjoy this peace on the enclosed balcony - no need to worry about biting bugs. For walkers or runners, a bit down the road is a trail that takes you all the way to Kiwanis Park. It's a nice walk. There is a parking spot allotted if you have a rental. Included in the amentias is a washer and a dryer. Nice perk. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

Quite and Relaxing
This is my second time at Tranquility. The property is well kept and nicely supplied with everything needed for a long or short stay. About 30 minutes to downtown Wilmington riverwalk, 15 minutes to Surf City beaches and about 30 minutes from Jacksonville. Quite neighborhood with two golf courses nearby. I will be staying again if it is available.

Excellent beach trip
The property was the perfect size for me and my husband on our short beach trip to Topsail. It was clean and comfortable and we especially loved the screened in porch in the mornings and evening. Perfectly situated between the beach and Wilmington. We would definitely come back.

Nice place
It looks just like the pictures. Comfy beds. Nice porch, but it was too hot to appreciate it. We enjoyed dinner nearby at Daddy Mac's on the ocean, and tacos for lunch at Shaka Taco. The beaches were perfect, especially Wrightsville.

Hampstead Getaway
We loved our stay in Hampstead and this was the perfect location for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has a peaceful and fairly private view of the the golf course. We were close to local restaurants, and grocery stores for when we wanted to eat in. It is a short drive to Surf City as well as various sites and beaches in Wilmington. The property is very nice with plenty of room and comfortable beds. I highly recommend!
