Very friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, roomy and clean bedroom and bathroom, daily cleaning, daily complimentary water. The building is well integrated in the environment, not a urban blightlike like many hotels in the surrondings.
Some towels are really old and need to be replaced

The staff was very nice. The room and the washroom was big. The location was perfect to catch all the attractions.
No closet and only two hangers.

Very comfortable
Only one of the staff (morning receptionist) was being annoyed, unhelpful, not friendly, unable to manage inquiries politely. Other than her, the rest of the staffs and also the night receptionist were too good.

We can sleep well and when the curtain is close the room is very dark.
