Estaba un poco sucio, había bastante suciedad a la entrada del apartamento. Los colchones bastante incómodos y los electrodomésticos bastante antiguos, el microondas no iba muy bien

Lovely apartment but check details.

We did not realise it was an apartment up stairs. My cousin has mobility difficulties, but we had a mobility scooter and access for charging in basement. I know the area well and there are local bars, shops, etc. Lovely layout in apartment and 3 decent bedrooms.

Stairs because of accessibility difficulties. Could do with a few fixes around the place. The bedding on the single beds could be updated and colour co-ordinated. ( I slept there and this bugged me) . But beds were comfortable.

Horrible experience, never to be repeated.

Apart from the location and the wifi there is nothing worth noticing.

At our arrival the apartment was not clean as you can see on the pictures. There was dust everywhere, every surface was sticky and the extractor hood had not been cleaned for a long time which caused a really bad smell in the living area. The first baby bed we were provided with was obviously broken and was only changed after multiple requests. There ist mold on the walls and the walls show significant humidity damage. The furniture and kitchen equipment is outdated/broken and there was obviously no effort put into keeping them in shape or clean. The bed frame is broken and the mattress is horrible. The owner showed up everyday to clean the pool und sunbathe, which we found quite creepy. We left after 3 days (as soon as we found a new holiday home) although we had a reservation for 2 weeks since it was impossible to stay there with an 8 month old.

very good location, wifi, top floor, good beds, nice views.

no air conditioning, no coffee machine, plasticized sheet in one of the beds was uncomfortable for an adult, no cleaning equipment, washing machine was shared and in the ground floor. pool was not heated, not enough cutlery for 5 persons.

No Appartments, but a Motel. For short stays only

Positive moments: 1. Lorena and her husband are very very friendly during any communication. They also gave us perfect pieces of advice about where to go, what to see and so on. Lorena always greets with the warmest wishes and easily available in what's app. There were no questions she couldn't help us with, but we didn't really have many. 2. The grill! But the shared one... and I guess the coal was bought by other guests and later we bought a package ourselves, as the hosts, who actually come here approximately every day, didn't really provide it themselves, from our experience at least. 3. The washing machines. There are two of them, as well as two dryers. But no one told us about them before we asked. And also we bought the washing pods ourselves... Still, no extra fees to use them. 4. Swimming pool, which we didn't use, but which seemed kinda clean and well-tended. 5. The bus station is like only 5-7 minutes away on foot! Perfect for travelers without a car. Shopping center with a supermarket in it is about 10mins away. 6. There was a soap as we came from the airport, so we could wash our hands at least. Yeah, and two rolls of toilet paper, which is better than none for sure! 7. Apart from the negative aspects we've found, the flat is freshly painted, has enough space for two people and, from a wider perspective, looks clean and cosy, even being surely out-dated

1. A lack of privacy 2. No view, only other buildings 3. No noise isolation between two floors. If you stay below, you'll hear everything above you 4. No renovation. Broken stuff. Bad constructive solutions. A water boiler is older than me. A kitchen is like from the early 2000s. No oven, no dishwasher, however I've seen ones in the pictures here. A bed was terrible. Pillows were so flat.. You can use a rolled towel to sleep on it way better. Stream in a shower was awful, to wash out shampoo one should spend like an hour standing under the water. A toilet was leaking loudly, toilet brush was too dirty. In a sink there is a tap for a bidet, not for a sink! The towel-hanger was upside down lol 5. The service itself and cleanliness. As we came, the trash bin was very smelly. After, we noticed that there was a pile of old trash just under the bag they put for us, huh. The towels didn't seem like very fresh. On the third day of our stay we noticed that someone entered our apartment when we were out. They left new towels. We didn't expect they would do so, because it's APARTMENTS, not the hotel or something. Why? Just why you bring the new towels? If so, why don't you take away the trash, didn't bring new rolls of toilet paper, didn't leave new trash bags? Why do you just enter the flat without any notice, while we're away, and bring the towels only, for which there is simply no need? And why entering without any notice and anything in our absence? But okay. Then, again, the cleanliness. Cutlery and crockery were awful. Too dirty, too disgusting. Ants and cockroaches are everywhere! CONCLUSION: the worst feeling about our stay is that I've read everything negative we faced here before. There're comments from 2019, 2020 and people were describing the same problems. Still, I had thought, that the hosts were interested in solving them and they would be no such problems during our stay in 2022.

Good location

Clean and comfortable. Good location to drive to the different parts of the Island, and an easy 15min walk into the centre of Corralejo in the evenings for dinner. There's a nice patio area outside with tables and chairs, which is handy to dry beach stuff. There are 3 apartments next door each other, and the other occupants were very quiet and respectful, so it was a lovely quiet location.

No air conditioning so it gets hot at night. Kitchen wasn't well equipped, which if fine as you eat out most of the time, but there wasn't a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine and only one wine glass! Luckily I could borrow a corkscrew from one of the neighbours.

The location is great!

There wasn’t much privacy, kid looking through our bathroom window. They were playing hide and seek and some of them even climbed through our room window, witch for us wasn’t that pleasant

Superb

Very warm welcome from the hosts Lorena and Michel, you'll feel immediately at home. Very good place with a nice all day sunny terrace and an apartment at an excellent price. Unbeatable!

Great welcome, great place: would definitely recommend.

The apartment was perfect for us in every way. Quiet, well-maintained and comfortable; nice outdoor space. Lorena is a welcoming and friendly host. It is a little way out of the town centre but we don't mind walking.

It was all good.
