Nice stay. Could have been better

Staff are really cordial. Always ready to provide any services required. Rooms are also nice. Breakfast spread is decent. We were there for a birthday celebration and the hotel provided complementary decor and cake. They also provide complementary snacks though choices were limited.The overall property is really nice but lack of maintenance is visible here and there

There's a major problem of ventilation in the bathrooms. Also, we booked a king room with a private balcony but we couldn't use it. It was raining continuously and the balcony didn't have any roof. It is a bit overpriced but that is true for all properties in Lonavala so can't help it

Overall nice experience

Overall it was nice experience. Location is good. Breakfast was good.

Toilet drain pipes passing through basement area where breakfast is being served. My suggestion is they shall cover it with false ceiling.

Very good

1. We stayed in the premium room which were well furnished and clean, 2. The breakfast spread had good variety of North Indian, South Indian and Local cuisine along with the regular accompaniments of fresh fruits, tea/milk/juices, etc. 3. The pool is cleaned on a daily basis and looked clean. There are lounge chairs on the pool side to relax as well. 4. There are other recreational activities like card based games, pool, table tennis, foosball that are available for guests. 5. There is food court next to the hotel that has 5-6 options to choose from. Room service is also available but that is from the hotel's own menu. We tried a few items and they were good.

While checking out, the hotel staff didn't find a small hand towel in the room for which we were called back to the room and we found it inside the bathroom. While we understand that the hotel is doing this so that their towels, etc are not stolen but the hotel staff should ensure that they check the room diligently before calling the guest back to search for it. Other than this, rest was great.

It is near to the market with walking distance of 10 mins... The rooms were clean , with timely cleaning services, the staff is really well mannered and the food was also excellent... Definitely worth the stay here

Our stay was quite comfortable with ample parking space for our vehicle.

Triose has a little mall kind of place with a three auditorium multiplex. This gives an opportunity for variety food & movie entertainment during the evenings.

There is no 24x7 kind of coffee shop within the hotel to hand around.

Bad pathetic hotel we were so upset with services and unhygienic that we had to leave and check out.

Absolutely pathetic, would not recommend to anyone, please dont visit.

Did not like the beds, they were too soft and defective causing back problem. We had taken balcony rooms but balcony did not even have light. Breakfast was also not that good, plates had flies fallen in it. Pool area had some foul smell.Absolute not worth the amount they are charging. Not a 4 star hotel, basic 2 star. Will not recommend anyone to visit.
