The staffs and the room both were extremely good happy with all the facilities they have been provided. Breakfast with delicious food is very tasty with variety of food .
Check in time should be flexible. we arrived lonavala at 6.30 am we had to wait until noon to get our room it would have been really helpful if their ware facilities available for us to freshen up while we waited.

The property is so well located in the center of town but yet so quiet and peaceful, it is just behind the busy bus stop but you cant hear a think, the pool is clean, the property is well kept and impeccably clean. The staff from the check in to the roo. Service and restaurant are polite, attentive, courteous and friendly. Just outside the gates of the property is a lane that has just about everything you need to enjoy your break in the Hill station. You can walk over to the train station and main market in just 10mins.

The room service food was good and so was the breakfast.
The room was not cleaned very well, the refrigerator was removed. The pool was dirty
