Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. This splendid 5-bedroom mansion in St Martí Sarroca accommodates 10 guests and is surrounded by stunning vineyards. It is perfect for many families travelling together and comes with a private garden and a charcoal barbecue. The town centre is just 5 km away and brings all facilities within reach. You can find good restaurants and supermarkets at 4 km. Sea is 30 km away, to spend a day full of seaside relaxation. The mansion has a well-equipped kitchen, dining room with a high chair, and a sitting room with TV. The recreation room has table tennis table and a boules court for entertainment. Spend magical evenings in the illuminated garden enjoying the barbecue. You can also relax in the verandah watching the peaceful nature. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed at € 40/Stay. This mansion will not be rented to groups of youngsters. Public transport is at 7 km. You can check-in between 6 – 8 PM and check-out between 11 AM – 12 PM. Wir haben auf dem Weg in einem sehr langen Stau gesteckt und konnten unmöglich zur vereinbarten Zeit das Haus erreichen. Wir haben den Hauseigentümer Ramon Teulera kontaktiert und er hat uns beruhigt und es möglich gemacht, dass wir auch um 22Uhr noch die Schlüssel bekamen und in das Haus konnten. Der erste Eindruck war sehr positiv, Ramon ist ein unglaublich netter und freundlicher Mensch. Von dem Haus waren wir direkt begeistert und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt, es strahlt eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre aus, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden, was im Alltg benötigt wird. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr gemütlich, wobei für große Menschen manche Betten zu kurz sein könnten, aber es gibt sind 5 Schlafzimmer , da findet jeder seinen Platz. Der Garten ist riesig mit schönen z.T sehr alten Bäumen, die Aprikosen waren gerade reif und wir durften uns an dem Baum bedienen so viel wir wollten. Es gibt einen schönen Pool, ein Volleyballfeld und ein Badmintonfeld jeweils mit Netzen. Die Umgebung ist hügelig und sehr grün überall sind Felder mit Weinreben, ideal zum Fahrradfahren. Die nächste größere Stadt Vilafranca ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und hat alles, was sich ein Urlauber wünscht, das Flair einer spanischen Stadt mit alten Gebäuden Einkaufmöglichkeiten und sehr guter Gastronomie

Wat een prachtig boerderijtje! Als je aankomt ziet het al schitterend uit. Binnen word je zeker niet teleurgesteld. De boerderij is heel sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.
In de keuken is echt alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Twee douches verhogen het gemak als je met een groot gezin bent zoals wij.
Het zwembadje is onverwarmd, maar op een warme dag een heerlijke plek voor verkoeling en voor spel voor de kinderen.
De bedden zijn naar onze smaak iets te zacht en voor onze lengte ( 1.80 - 1.85 m ) te kort. De bedden zijn ongeveer 1.40 x 1.80 m.
Naar Barcelona is het ongeveer een uurtje (rijden plus parkeren). Je kunt ook vanuit Villafranca de trein pakken (duurt ook 'n uurtje).
In Barcelona is zeer veel moois te zien. Prachtige bouwwerken van Gaudi, de schitterende avondshow van de fonteinen bij het Nationaal paleis van Catalunya, het stadion van FC Barcelona, de Ramblas, etc.
Reizen in Barcelona zelf gaat perfect met de metro. Koop een dagkaart en je kunt overal naartoe.
De huiseigenaar Ramon spreekt enigszins Engels en doet echt alle moeite om je vakantie tot een succes te maken. Hij woont zelf niet bij het boerderijtje en gunt je alle privacy. Als er echter iets aan de hand is, dan kun je hem altijd bellen of SMS-en. Vooral SMS-en is het handigst omdat hij dan eventueel een vertaling van het Engels nog kan opzoeken.
Ons heeft Ramon ontzettend goed geholpen toen wij 's avonds in Barcelona bij een lege parkeerplek aankwamen. Onze auto was weg ... gestolen? weggesleept door politie?
Gelukkig kon Ramon voor ons bellen naar de politie en de gemeente. Al gauw had Ramon 'beet' en bleek dat de auto verkeerd geparkeerd stond en door de gemeente weggesleept was. Ramon SMS-te ons het adres waar de we auto konden ophalen zodat we dat aan de taxichauffeur konden laten zien.
Zo werd onze verdere vakantie gered dankzij Ramon.

Espacio fabuloso donde disfrutar de distintas actividades. Silvia, la chica que te recibe, encantadora y muy amable por ampliar la hora de salida. Otro detalle,es que, aunque no lo necesites, te dejan reservas de básicos. En general, te sientes como en casa. Gracias a Ramón y Silvia!!!

Fantástico alojamiento!!! Fuimos 5 amigos con dos bebés y un perro. Cogimos una buena oferta en temporada baja y nos salió muy bien de precio, 250 euros el fin de semana. La casa al llegar muy acogedora, Silvia muy amable en el recibimiento. La casa tiene calefacción y al llegar ya la tenía encendida y el ambiente era muy confortable. En la planta baja hay la cocina, salón (con unos sillones y sofás muy cómodos y con una televisión enorme, películas y libros) y comedor separados pero uno al lado del otro. Además hay una bodega que hace de sala de juegos con un ping pong y jueguetes para niños, y un baño. También dispone la casa de unas bicicletas. En la planta superior hay dos habitaciones muy amplias y otras 3 amplias también, y un segundo baño. Las camas muy cómodas. El jardín está todo vallado y para el perro y los bebés fue estupendo. Hay una barbacoa en el jardín y otra que está en una sala cubierta, nosotros decidimos hacer uso de la barbacoa exterior, pero está bien pensado la sala por si llueve, además la sala tiene una segunda nevera que para guardar la carne de la barbacoa nos fue estupendo. Hay leña a disposición y un par de paelleros por si se quiere hacer arroz en la barbacoa. Hay una piscina hecha de obra elevada pero nosotros no hicimos uso de ella, pero seguro que en verano es un lujo darse un chapuzón. Nos quedamos con ganas de más días la verdad. Hay caminos para hacer excursiones. El propietario, el Sr. Ramón muy amable, resolvió todas nuestras dudas muy amablemente y estuvo disponible tanto él como Silvia por si necesitamos cualquier cosa. Detrás de la casa hay una zona donde pudimos dejar los coches. Seguiría diciendo cosas pero no encontraría ninguna pega. Te sientes como en casa, un sitio muy amplio. Dispones de toda la casa para ti, tienes alguna casa cerca pero ni lo notas, total privacidad. Sin duda es un sitio para repetir y para recomendar!! Grácias por los limones. Marta.

De ontvangst door Ramon was zeer hartelijk. Het is een zeer charmante, ruime, authentieke Spaanse villa. De grote luxe moet je er niet verwachten, maar alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Keuken met gasvuur, grote koelkast, potten, servies, ... 2 badkamers, voldoende slaapkamers (met muggenramen !). Mooie grote tuin met altijd wel een plaatsje in de schaduw. Zwembad is niet zo groot, maar voldoende voor een verkoelende plons. Ideale locatie voor uitstappen naar Montserrat, Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges. In het nabij gelegen Vilafranca del Penedès heb je voldoende winkels en restaurants. Voor een gezin met 3 tieners was dit een ideale locatie voor een geslaagde vakantie!!

we waren door het verkeer in Frankrijk vrij laat namelijk om 1955 uur maar ramon de eigenaar had ons al verschillende keren gebeld dat hij zou wachten toen heb zijn dochter Eva het overgenomen en stond op ons te wachten '
de eerste indruk was alles zat dicht en het rook er muf toen ze ons had rondgeleid nam ze afscheid en ging weg het eerste wat we deden was alle ramen open doen en het op ons gemak bekijken en toen zagen hoe leuk het huis was en ze hebben alles van grilplaten tot broodroosters toen zijn we de kamer gaan uitzoeken wand de rest van de familie kwam een dag later met het vliegtuig er zijn 2 hele grote kamers met normale bedden met een baby ledikant en nog een grote kamer met normaal bed en die namen wij en 2 normalen kamers met wat kleine bedden van 180 cm maar daar sliepen de kinderen .
de bedden sliepen goed en overal insecten gaas voor de ramen van de slaapkamers .
de volgende dag kwam de eigenaar Ramon en legde ons uit over alles oven het huis en de omgeving , een zeer aardige man en behulpzaam .
de rest van de vakantie was heel leuk een aanraden met een bezoek naar Barcelona met de trein die stopt in Fila Franca en een aanraden is het klooster Montserrat je zet je auto beneden aan de berg en koopt een retour voor 10 euro met de trein en die rit is een aanraden je auto kan je daar beneden gratis parkeren overdekt.
tot slot we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad er zijn wel wat dingen oud gebruikt en een beetje stuk maar dat vond ik niet erg als je ziet voor die prijs +- 2800 voor 2weken voor zo groot huis en tuin dus een echte aanrader

Heerlijk wandelen door de wijnvelden, rust!, naar Barcelona in een krap uurtje met de auto, naar Het klooster in Montserrat in 45 minuten, naar Tarragona met de geweldige cathedraal in ook zo'n drie kwartier en in 25 minuten naar het strand in Calafell of Sitges. Lekker eten in Vilafranca en naar de Pharmacie, want het enige nadeel zijn hier die vervelende steekbeesten die je 's avonds lek prikken. Veel te doen en te zien in de directe omgeving, supermarkten in Vilafranca en bbq-en in de tuin. Zwembad is niet groot, maar voldoet prima voor ons! Lekker groot huis waar je met 6-8 volwassenen prima kunt vertoeven!
