Amazing location and setting, with good facilities for dining and breakfast. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were very good, and catered to our pescatarian needs. As we were family of 4 (with teenage children) We stayed in the pavilion which was simple and comfortable. Jairo, our guide was excellent and with him we saw lots of interesting wildlife as he was very good at spotting wildlife.
The bathroom was starting to look a little tired, and it’s a shame there are no hammocks or seating for guests to use in the time between trips - the grounds are so lovely it’s a shame to not be able to fully enjoy them. This didn’t detract from our stay however.

Foi uma excelente experiência. Ao chegar no aeroporto de Puerto Maldonado, uma equipe da rede InkaTerra já aguarda sua chegada e te leva para o transporte de van e barco até o hotel.
No hotel, já estão incluídas as 3 refeições principais. Mesmo viajando com crianças com alimentação mais seletiva, tudo deu muito certo. A comida era bem preparada e atendeu a todos.
A equipe de atendimento e os guias dos passeios é excelente. Todos muito educados e solícitos.
Vale ressaltar também que os passeios já estão incluídos na estadia e há atividades leves e bem distribuídas para preencher o tempo de sua estadia.
Não foi um problema para nossa família, mas é bom sinalizar que há um período do dia em que não há energia elétrica, nem wifi.
