Very good
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was well working (after an initial repair). The beds were comfortable. There were five beds and an additional mattress so the room could accommodate six people. The bathroom was large and the shower was working, with good-enough water pressure, even though we were on the third floor. They served a good Philippine breakfast, including scrambled eggs, and provided some toast and butter too. The coffee was good. The price per night was low so it was very good value for money.
In the bathroom, the mirror had some big dark spots, probably due to corrosion, which didn't look so nice (even though it was no problem). There was no holder for toilet paper (but toilet paper was provided on request). A note: The steps of the staircase inside the building are higher than standard and might be tiring to climb if you are not fit enough.

overall it was ok. worth the price just need to do something about the noise and the lack of bidets on each toilets
The staff are very courteous and accomodating
It says in the website deluxe rooms have balcony,(but in reality not all have it),no bidet in the toilets and the worst part is sound system whenever there are gatherings outdoor is too loud that it disturbs other occupants in the building as the proximity is too close and the place is quiet.

Free breakfast.
We were on the third floor, and there was no elevator. But the staff were helpful in carrying some of our heavier stuff.

It was overall nice and we felt very comfortable and safe staying here.
The room is very clean and the staff are very.
Need to add a towel bar in the bathroom and a table in the room.
