The location, easy to find in gmaps. If you ride a tricycle, tell the driver to take you to “Edgar’s Miki”. It’s just right across Halajo, drivers don’t seem to know their name. Walkable also from Fariñas bus terminal. There’s a nearby bbq shop-Estancia. And an empanada shop. The staff are great.
Not soundproofed. You can’t have a long sleep since as early as 5-6 AM, the tricycles are loud. They have a curfew, 10pm. No refrigerator.

It's a very basic accommodation, but it was clean and the location is strategic so it's fine.

The female staff is friendly and hospitable. The room is clean and comfortable.
The breakfast. They have brewed coffee. But they only give you 3-in-1 coffee for the free breakfast. They do not see to it that the milkfish soaked in vinegar and garlic, which is another breakfast choice, is available, to think that their place is named Bed and Breakfast.
