An absolute jewel.

Gorgeous heritage castle with only a couple of rooms so it feels very private and so well looked after. Elegant dining and living room space in which to read and relax. The staff cooked incredible home cooked India meals three times a day and organized preferred dining time for all guests so that everyone dined at different times and had the space to themselves, so luxurious and added a special and rare touch! Delicious continental breakfast was also available upon request. The owner and the staff were all so very helpful and very kind. The grounds are just beautiful, nestled away from the noise of the city with a huge terrace overlooking all directions. The rooms are elegant, extremely clean, with all amenities one could want, including luxurious toiletries, a writing desk with views and beautiful, soft bedding. It was a short ride to the city center and easy to get to. We loved it so much we were lucky enough to extend our stay a few more days! We would love to return. An absolute jewel.

A fantastic stay in an amazing property

The best place we’ve stayed in on our trip. Lovely rooms, huge roof terraces with sweeping views, fantastic home cooked food and friendly and helpful staff

The out of town location may put some off but for us it was perfect and easily resolved by taxi or scooter

Beautiful heritage Castle

Very beautiful heritage Castle, with lovely views. The staff was very caring. We enjoyed the hospitality, surroundings and the presence of cute little pets in the property. Food was very well prepared and to our liking. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

A unique and wonderful place, must visit!

What a wonderful place on earth this is! The view is amazing, very much so. Located at the edge of town and on a hill, it is both quiet and beautiful. The loudest you'll hear are some peacocks nearby. The rooms were very modern, and we had everything we needed. The building is kept in a very good condition, and it is beautiful, a little palace even. We were very happy about the laundry service (for a very good price), the food was exceptionally good - locally sourced ingredients, freshly cooked. The service was very good, super friendly. Communication in English was perfectly possible. This was probably the best stay in our whole 3-week-trip through India!

1. Not well maintained property 2. Home stay so don't expect cleanliness even half of what you see in hotels 3. Entry to the castle is not very friendly (no proper lights, nor proper concrete road pathway) 4. No Wi-Fi, it's just the support of the dongle which you get

An absolutely amazing experience. The hospitality , exceptional!! The rooms, big and crisp clean. The haveli... Mesmerizing. Our pet had a wonderful time playing in the open spaces. We had a car, so getting to the city was easy. It is about 20-25 mins drive. Thank you all, foe being an excellent host.

Excellent

We were road tripping from Mumbai to Himachal with our pet dog Leo, and stayed overnight at Titardi Garh. It is conveniently located near the highway and therefore perfect for our overnight halt. Well maintained property, spacious rooms, delicious home cooked meals, gorgeous sunrise & sunset views! The manager Shivsingh ji goes out of his way to take care of the guests and their pets.

A comfortable, value for money stay to relax and unwind

We were on a long road trip along with our pet and hence wanted to avoid driving in the narrow lanes of Udaipur for our stay...thus this location proved to be exactly what we wanted. It was a pleasure to stay on this castle and enjoy the royal experience without too much of dent in the pocket. For us the stay was comfortable and homely. The team is extremely courteous and professional, the rooms are large and very well maintained which adds to the experience. thanks for taking good care of us and we hope to be back again soon

King size room, great home cooked food made according to one’s requests and tastes

Away from the noise and air pollution of central Udaipur this was an excellent place to succumb to a bad cold and recover my mojo. Standing on a hilltop looking out over fields and small town life. It’s owners are very hospitable ensuring you have everything you need or need to know in fluent English. Loads of bonus points for their environmental awarenesses.

The castle is being renovated and extended so there was quite a bit of construction noise more much of my 3 day stay. However the walls are thick and it wasn’t too intrusive. Plus it’s not going to continue a. whole lot longer.

Exceptional

The location is great, the food and the hospitality of the Castle Manager, Shiv Singh ji was even better. The rooms are built recently, new and absolutely clean. The castle and the building are currently getting renovated, but it was no inconvenience to us.

The Tea can be better... Hahaha... couldn't find anything else wrong.

A royal stay with royal people.

Very pleasant stay with royal touch everywhere and great hospitality from Raghav Raj Singh ji and Shailaja Singh. And of course Shiv Singh ji who was taking care of every thing. A calm and serene place, outside of the hustle and bustle from the city with birds chirping everywhere , anyone who loves to enjoy nature with royal touch can definitely visit here .

Exceptional staff, great food, and a real feel of small village India.

The exceptional staff, and Raj and his family go out of their way to make you feel at home, and supplied our whole family (including younger children) great food for dinner and breakfast. A great castle which they are adding new rooms to as well.

Beautiful and safe getaway.

Its a beautiful homestay and safe since they only let out two rooms. The host was friendly and accomodating and so was the staff. Beautiful castle with pretty nooks and view.

They could have given slightly warmer blankets since the nights are cold. But then we were late and ended up not asking for more either.

Udaipur Trip - Titardi Garh - Home away from Home

Wonderful location and peaceful at the same time It was a family that was taking care of us which made it special Food is awesome, the view from the terrace is breathtaking Most wonderful part was the property is pet friendly.

Honestly there is nothing that I did not like about the property. Loved whatever minimal time we spent here.
