Lovely setting and very comfortable inside. Wood burning stove with ample fuel was a lovely bonus.

Great location within a beautiful part of the world.
Easy access, no problems finding it, parking, getting keys etc.
superbly equipped kitchen and house in general.
Even had a local OS map to borrow,
No real issues, not the warmest house in the world but then easy enough to turn up the heating (not that we really did).

Warm,cosy, well-equipped cottage
We loved the log burner and our two spaniels loved all the local walks we took them on and the enclosed garden was great for them.
It was great to be within walking distance of two welcoming old Dales pubs.
Unfortunate that the bath plug mechanism wasn’t working when we stayed, meaning we couldn’t have baths.
