The view from caravan was amazing and the brownie barn next door served lovely food ,the towels and bedding smelt so fresh
Caravan was a little worn in places,crack in sink , toilet roll holder very loose but nothing that spoiled our stay

The caravans were spotless and nicely decorated, great location near Bolton Abbey
They were advertised as holiday homes when they are old caravans. Even though it was warm weather it got cold in the night and the heaters didn’t do much to provide warmth

The location was stunning, well signposted and easy to park at and unload. The landscape was beautiful, rural and everything we hoped it would be, for a mid-school-holiday reset without our young people around. The facilities in the caravan were clean, presentable and equipment was well maintained. We loved the quirkiness of some of the furnishings, and especially appreciated the thoughtful outside storage bunker containing seat cushions and warm blankets for sitting out and enjoying the vista on the veranda as the sun went down each evening.
If I was being picky, the gardens could have benefitted from a bit of a tidy up i.e. cutting back intrusive hedges, and weeding the mini gardens in front of the caravans, just to smarten outside to the same standard as inside.

Location was great, very quiet. Clean and tidy, and well presented. Stayed two nights
The shower was freezing cold. We reported it to the owner but nothing was resolved
