Amazing location, just off the main high street of lewes and near the train station for trains into Brighton. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The area was very quiet and we were not disturbed, it felt very private. The host provided a range of breakfast provisions, milk, tea, coffee, which were all enjoyed. Will definitely return!

It was comfortable to be stay in. The owner Felicity was available, and helped with the parking issues we had. Plenty of breakfast stuff available, cereal, bread and butter, etc. nice to have a small seated area outside the cottage.
The mattress too soft for us, but otherwise nothing really.

Very generous supply of breakfast food & fruit as well as all the essentials - tea- coffee - milk & bread etc.
Loo flushing a bit hit & miss - but easily overcome.
