Das Gebäude an sich. Tram in der nähe.
Bilder zeigen teilweise andere Einrichtung. In der Beschreibung steht Haartrockner und Toaster vorhanden, beides nicht da. Waschbecken wackelt und ist schlecht verfugt, Spiegellicht leuchtet wie eine Kerze. Zwischen Komode und Bett zufällig paar Socken und Unterhose von einem vorherigen Gast entdeckt dir schon etwas verstaubt waren. Staubsauger ist alt und hat kaum Saugleistung, Rohr teilweise verrostet und dicke Staubablagerungen am Rohrrand. Unterm Bett im Wohnzimmer große Staubflusen, kleines Holzbrett und Plastickverpackung liegen auch da. Teppich im Wohnzimmer war wohl mal weiß, jetzt eher grau vor Dreck. Mit der Staubsaugerbürste mehrfach drüber gegangen, waren an der Bürste viele lange, dunkle Haare dran. Kühlschrank brummt lauter als der TV, noch nie so einen lauten Kühlschrank gehört. Wohnzimmer hat keine Vorhänge. Bügelbrett hat keinen Bezug. Staub und Mücken auf dem Fensterbrett. Unter der Falte vom Sofabezug viele Krümel und Staub.

Die Lage war super.
Sehr unfreundlicher Vermieter, der scheinbar kein gutes Wort über seine Mitarbeiter verliert, die im Gegensatz zu Ihm, jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Die Wohnung war lieblos eingerichtet. In der Wohnküche gab es keine Vorhänge, sodass derjenige, der dort übernachtet hat, Abends in voller Pracht von den Nachbarn beobachtet werden konnte. Der Teppich war schmutzig. Die Kabelkonstruktion von Fernseher und Co. sah nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig aus. Im Badezimmer sah es nicht besser aus. Alles in allem nicht sehr einladende und ungemütliche Wohnung. Für das Geld, hätte ich eine gepflegtere Wohnung erwartet. Die Grundausstattung war zusammengewürfelt aber ausreichend.

in the ad of the room it was shown that it was 2 bedrooms and when we arrived at the apartment was a bed right at the entrance and another in the living room along with the kitchen. there was nothing separate with privacy. and the owner said he knew he was wrong and could not do anything. if I had not liked it I could cancel my reservation. we still paid the value of a 2 bedroom apartment 550 euros and did not have 2 rooms.
