Lovely large room. Very well laid out with TV, very comfortable bed, comfy chair. Great bathroom. Little kitchenette, with small fridge. Own entrance. Very clean. Able to use EV charger. Quiet. Warm with excellent heating. Great location, short walk to shops including a great fish and chip restaurant. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would love to return.

When I arrived rather a strong smell of bleach.

Nice clean room , lovely to find tea , coffee and milk on arrival . Good shower .Great location for walking into Braunton and enjoying the village.

Relaxed, clean, quiet and central for all our needs. Lovely family owned place.

The room was clean and had lots of extras which were fabulous and clear that they had done the extra mile.

When we got there they had not received the full information from booking.com so we had a super king bed rather than twin beds as we had requested through booking.com. Made a phone call and was made to feel it was my fault and then when they came to change the beds it was really awkward and made us both feel incredibly unwelcome with the tone that they were clearly put out. We offered to have the covers and so it ourselves but they insisted. Couldn’t wait to leave.
