The location was fantastic for the south west coastal path-next to the bus stop and a super market.We used it as a staging post for 3 stages of the walk very easily. It was great to have parking opposite included. The accommodation was spacious and well cleaned,breakfast was very nice and staff were lovely. It was reasonably priced.

Porridge at breakfast or a continental breakfast would be a nice addition.

Building woks going on and breakfast very limited- I wanted to have a takeout breakfast and no croissants available
